The problem
Clubs ran on group chats, phone calls and spreadsheets. Bookings got lost in Messenger, two players claimed the same court, and staff chased payment screenshots by hand.
What we built
- Live court booking gridPeak and off-peak pricing, guest booking, no app or account required.
- Payment confirmation by OCRGCash or bank-transfer screenshots matched automatically, or the club's own PayMongo checkout.
- Open Play and coach bookingDrop-in sessions, court queue with QR check-in and a lobby TV display.
- Branded site per clubyourclub.homecourt.ph, with the club's name on every screen, email and receipt.
- Live Scheduler on desktop and phoneEvery court on one live grid: book walk-ins, check players in, block courts. Owners manage bookings from their phone.

Engineering notes
- Subdomain-based multi-tenancy with per-club branding and data isolation
